At New Road, and across the Learning Community Trust, we strive to meet the needs of all our students.
Remote learning
The academy uses Ed Class to deliver remote learning in extreme circumstances, e.g. off school due to hospitalisation and for any unforeseen academy closure, e.g. inclement weather. The academy also uses other platforms such as Microsoft Teams, GCSEPod, Sparx, where teachers will be able to set appropriate work for all students.
