Before and after-school sessions
Morning warm spaces
We provide a Warm Space for students needing to arrive before school starts at 8.40am.
This is open to students who have been registered for the service – there is no charge. A Microsoft Form is issued at the start of each term, asking parents to confirm which days their child/children need access.
Students are monitored by staff when in the Canteen, and any inappropriate behaviour will result in the facility being removed from the child in question.
The Canteen is open from 7.45am, with students vacating at 8.30am to join friends outside, ready to enter the academy via the student entrance.
Students can sit in the canteen, talking with friends, eating a snack, completing work etc.
