Graeme is a retired senior educationalist with experience gained as Headteacher/Executive Principal in England (Ercall Wood Technology College and Small Health Leadership Academy) and in Wales, split site – 40 miles apart – secondary school (11-18) and Founding Director for its first all-through school (3-16) based in Ebbw Vale .
Outside of headship, Graeme has also gained experience as an Assistant Director of Children’s Services – Head of School Improvement for Telford & Wrekin Council and as the Senior Regional Director for School Improvement across the West Midlands on behalf of the Department for Education’s National Strategies Project.
